Introduction to the production process of pickleball racket production line.
first step
GENERAL QUESTIONS
- Molded board: Place the bonded glass fiber membrane/carbon fiber membrane on the hot press table at high temperature and high pressure to form a molded board.
- Composite board: cold-press two hot-pressed boards and honeycomb PP material up and down with glue to form a pickleball racket board.
- Cutting: Use an engraving machine to cut the composite board
- Polishing: Polish the blank (surface and all cutting surfaces)
- Cleaning: Clean the impurities on the surface of the blank
- Printing: UV printing according to the artwork information specified by the customer
- Hemming: Hemming is carried out after the tape is glued
- Tie the handle leather: stick the handle, install the back cover, wrap the sweat-absorbent band
- Shrink film: Shrink film on handle
- Packaging: Packaging of finished products according to the packaging method specified by the customer
Step 2
Production Line Details
1. Molded plate
Mainly completes the lamination of various films on the surface of Peak panels.
2. Composite board
Mainly completes the lamination of various films of Peak sheets and PP materials.
3. Cutting
It mainly completes the cutting of pickle boards. It can currently complete the cutting of a blank in 7 seconds.
4, Polish
It mainly completes the polishing of the Pickle Pat blank, in order to increase the adhesion of the ink and the friction of the Pickle Pat during UV printing.
5. Clean up
It mainly completes the cleaning of the rough pattern of the Peak Pat, in order to remove the impurities attached to the rough pattern and prepare it for UV printing.
6.Print
It mainly completes the printing of pickleball rackets. One machine can print 1,000 rackets in one day.
7. Hemming
It mainly completes the edge protection and wrapping of pickleball rackets. One machine can install the edge protection of 1,200 rackets in one day.
8.Wrap the handle
Mainly complete the installation of the handle/back cover of the Pickleball racket, and complete the winding and fixing of the sweatabsorbent band.
